Returns & Exchanges

Because many of the items we carry are unique, seasonal, or limited releases, all sales are final. Please double-check your cart before completing your purchase to ensure everything is exactly as you want.

Exchanges

While we don’t offer returns or refunds, exchanges for items of equal value may be possible.

Here’s how that works:

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

  • Items must be shipped back at the buyer’s expense.

  • Once the item is received and inspected, an exchange can be processed.

  • Shipping charges will apply to the newly exchanged order.

Items must be returned in new, unused condition.


Local Pickup Orders

If you choose local pickup, please arrange to pick up your order (or coordinate shipping) within one week of purchase, unless we’ve made other arrangements together.

  • Items not picked up within one week are not eligible for return or refund. Please see the return/refund policy stated above. 

  • Items not picked up within 30 days will be restocked and cannot be refunded due to storage and fulfillment costs.

  • I will always do my best to send reminders about pending pickups.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, gift cards, or refunds on workshops.

Fraudulent Orders

Orders flagged by Shopify as potentially fraudulent due to suspicious activity — including but not limited to:

  • Non-deliverable or invalid addresses

  • Reports of stolen credit cards

  • Use of alias or suspect names

  • Multiple accounts created with the same name using different email addresses

  • Suspicious or mismatched IP addresses

will not be processed or refunded.

Any chargebacks filed for orders deemed fraudulent will be formally disputed and reported to Shopify and the relevant financial institutions immediately.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears to involve fraudulent activity.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
